To ensure each client receives dedicated artistry without delays, we maintain clear scheduling terms. Please review our deposit handling, arrival rules, and cancellation windows before confirming your visit.
Cancellation Window
We understand plans shift. Please cancel or modify your reservation at least 24 hours in advance for standard appointments and 48 hours for bridal or chemical packages to retain your deposit.
Late cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit the initial deposit to cover reserved stylist time.
Rescheduling Guidelines
You may seamlessly transfer your booking deposit to a future date when requesting changes with at least 24 hours notice. Transfers are valid for bookings within 30 days of the original date.
Rescheduling requests made on the day of service are treated as late cancellations.
Deposit Application
Your small upfront booking deposit directly secures your master stylist and chair. The full deposit amount is automatically deducted from your final balance upon service completion.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Cash is accepted for remaining balances at checkout, but card verification is required to book.
